Soothing Summer Series

The summer solstice tends to bring intensity, light and heat. The sun sets later in the day, which might mean you are doing more than other times of the year. How are you adapting your yoga practice to compliment these changes?

This series of classes in July will invite you to explore ways that you can cultivate a soothing yoga practice to balance summer’s sun. inspired by yoga philosophy and ayurveda’s teaching of the five elements (space, air, fire, water, earth) we will explore how paying attention to the elements in your yoga practice can help balance the natural rhythms of the season.

Returning to the question, “what is enough?” you will see how the season’s natural flow helps illuminate the answer.
