What is Enough?

What is Enough?

As you practice postures in a gesture toward presence, how do you know what is enough?

How much effort is too much? How much effort is too little?

What is nourishing? What is depleting?

The answers to these questions change by the day and with the season. Your yoga practice can be one of the ways that you start to feel the answers in your body and mind. Join this 4-week series of classes that asks, “What is enough?” and explore different ways you can respond on your yoga mat.

  • Week One: What is too much?

  • Week Two: What is too little?

  • Week Three: How do I know what I need?

  • Week Four: What is just right, for right now?
